These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UFOCosmos.com ("Service"), operated by Saboteur LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You may not impersonate any person or entity. We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

You agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension and, where applicable, reports to law enforcement.

3. Editorial content

Articles, case studies, and curated entries are provided for research and educational purposes. We do not assert that any reported phenomenon has an extraterrestrial origin. See Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

Code, design, branding, and editorial text are © Saboteur LLC unless otherwise noted. Public-domain materials in the Vault carry their own provenance metadata.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saboteur LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saboteur LLC from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership rights, indemnification, limitation of liability).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
